Aatrox combo routes
Every sequence states what it solves. Learn the decision before the muscle memory.
Q1 → E → Q2 → Q3
Three-area spacing
Each Q has a different hit area. Use E to correct one angle, then reassess distance before the next cast rather than assuming every edge will connect.
W → Q → follow the escape
Conditional chain setup
W pulls only targets that fail to leave its area. Aim Q at their exit route; do not spend Flash assuming the pull is certain.
R → Q1 → E → Q2
Extended fight
R supports a committed fight with combat bonuses. Check allied follow-up and space between Q casts; extending R still requires a takedown.
Ability reference
Aatrox slams his greatsword down, dealing physical damage. He can swing three times, each with a different area of effect.
Aatrox smashes the ground, dealing damage to the first enemy hit. Champions and large monsters have to leave the impact area quickly or they will be dragged to the center and take the damage again.
Passively, Aatrox heals when damaging enemy champions. On activation, he dashes in a direction.
Aatrox unleashes his demonic form, fearing nearby enemy minions and gaining attack damage, increased healing, and Move Speed. If he gets a takedown, this effect is extended.
